How It Works...

You Contact Us: The first step is to send us a brief description of your resume needs. This does not have to be lengthy or detailed. For example, you could write any of the following phrases so that we know what you're looking for: Resume Critique, Resume From Scratch, Resume Overhaul, Cover Letter, CV, LinkedIn, Government Resume or any combination of these services. You may write this either in the subject line or the body of your email. Also attaching your current resume to your email inquiry, if you have one, is advisable. Be sure to indicate whether you'd like to be contacted by phone or email. If by phone, please provide your phone number. (If you'd prefer to call instead of email, you can reach us at 617 - 423 - 1515.)

 

We Respond to You: After we receive your request, we will provide you with a free estimate. Generally we request your previous resume so we can give you an accurate quote. We then require a deposit before proceeding. We will forward a questionnaire and set up a phone consultation.

 

We Assign a Writer: You will then be personally assigned one of our Professionals to work with you throughout the resume creation process. You may be as involved as you like or take a completely hands-off approach. We understand that some people like to be involved with each step and others are too busy; either works for us. We are happy to work within and around your schedule.


Approval: Once we complete your resume and / or cover letter, we will send you a version to look over before finalization. We will make any changes you request and send it again for final approval.

 

Finalization: Once your resume is finished, we will send it to you in any format you'd like. This includes but is not limited to: Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, etc. and a PDF. At this point any outstanding balance will be paid. Additionally, we offer ongoing customer service should you have any questions after you receive your resume. We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction!
